OUR TEAM

Maria Kapantzoglou, Ph.D., CCC-SLP, is an assistant professor in the department of Speech and Hearing Sciences at Portland State University. Her research focuses on language assessment and intervention for bilingual children in preschool and early elementary. She has a Masters in Measurement, Statistics and Methodological Study, and her work is geared towards the development of psychometrically sound processes for evaluating language abilities in bilinguals. She has worked with bilingual children in four different countries and in three languages: English, Spanish and Greek.
